Pilates

Pilates is a unique and fantastic exercise system that gives rapid, yet lasting results: a leaner, sculpted body, increased abdominal and lower back strength, and improved posture.

It's a good  idea to do a beginners course to get to grips with the basic exercises, breathing and general feel of the movements. This is ideally done on a one to one basis with a qualified instructor,(such as me!) or, alternatively, some leisure centres offer Beginner Course in a class environment

I teach small group Pilates as well as one to one and have worked with a variety of clients. from pregnant and post natal ladies to clients who are recovering from injury.
